2. Client and Patron Responsibilities
By booking or receiving any treatment at Éternité, clients explicitly understand, accept, and bare **full personal and financial responsibility** for their individual results. Skin and cosmetic treatments carry inherent variations based on biology and lifestyle. Clients accept full responsibility for any unforeseen extenuating circumstances or undesirable reactions (occurring before, during, or after services are rendered), including but not limited to:
* Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
* Temporary discomfort or expected clinical downtime.
* Variance in service timeframes.
* Incidental external factors such as outside parking, property access, and customer relations.

Clients are required to disclose all medical history, current medications, allergies, and skincare routines accurately during their consultation. Éternité is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from withheld information.

3. Monetary Agreement, Refunds, and Cancellations
Due to the custom, service-based nature of our clinical business, it is understood that **all services rendered and products sold are non-refundable**. Skincare satisfaction is inherently subjective. By purchasing any service or product, clients accept the explicit agreement that they will pay in full for all products and treatments utilized.

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of **24 hours notice** for any cancellations or appointment modifications. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or the forfeiture of your deposit.
